Horriblel!!!:
This is definitely the "Pit". My brother lived here and stuck it out to fulfill his one year lease. My god it was a horrible place with a management who could care less about anything. People seem to do whatever they choose as if there are no rules. Examples:
If your tire is flat you can put your car up on a scissor jack for DAYS if you want.
No problem doing ANY kind of mechanical work on the premises. Replace your whole engine if you like.
You can have a motorcycle as loud as you like and park it wherever you like, and roar in and out of the complex as often as you like.
You can smoke as many cigarettes as you want, anywhere you want no matter who it annoys.
If you are NOT a resident, it is a great place to come and park to have sex or use drugs in your car since nobody watches the property at night. My brother and I actually witnessed people parking in the back lot at night and having car rocking sex. No kidding. One night we walked by this area and smelled the marijuana coming from a car full of teenagers parked in the back of the property.
If you have some garbage to get rid of feel free to use the dumpsters since nobody keeps an eye on them especially at night. I have personally followed folks into the complex from miles away to witness them dump a trunk load of garbage and then exit the property.
If you have something broken in your apartment, be prepared to wait for MONTHS for them to get to you if at all. No fooling.
When my brother looked at the apt the manager said it would be painted, carpet cleaned and completely refurbished. Well, nothing was done. Carpet dirty, cabinets filthy inside, bathrooms grungy. The she stood there and lied and said all had been done like you are to stupid to know the difference.
Beware of this place. Then again if you are like the "Trailer Trash" Clientele they cater to you should be right at home.
