I rarely write reviews, but this experience is really exceptional. I called the office, appointment scheduled at 16:10, operator asked to fill up the forms online to save the time in the office. I done it. Came at the office at 16:00, checked in, wait 1hr+ and asked receptionist for how long more I have to wait- she said there is one more patient in front of me. I canceled appointment and left the office. Called to another doctor- will go there tomorrow. Completely waste of time and absolutely no respect to the patent and his/her time. I was here in the office before with ear infection- as another people mentioned- doctor spent around 30 seconds with me after I spent 1.5 hrs waiting in the line. I would highly recommend do go somewhere else if you value your time and money.
