Okay to Lie:
I recently moved and my HOA told me to call a locksmith to get a mold of the key for my mailbox since I had not received any. I called Enterprise because they were listed in the BBB and there is a page with these rave reviews of their company by people who have locked themselves out of their car. I notice now that none of these reviews talk about price. These rave reviews are probably lies posted by Enterprise. The locksmith came out and I told him which box it was and he pulled out a new lock. I told him I needed a mold of the key and he told me that I needed to have the lock changed because the Postal Service doesn't provide new locks to new residents anymore. He convinced me the Post Office does not provide this service and even though it was 160 dollars, I finally agreed, even though I thought it was too high a price, but I needed my mail. I was waiting on two important letters. The next week my Mailman caught me outside and gave me 4 keys to my new mailbox lock, installed by the Post Office. I told him about the locksmith and he said that the locksmith should have known better. He also told me that he would have made sure I got my mail until my new lock was put on if I had needed him to. The locksmith either lied (what I think) or did not know the information when he told me the Post Office would not provide a new lock. I complained to the BBB, because I really felt like I had been lied to.Enterprise's response was that I needed to grow up and realize it takes money to run a business, never addressing the fact that I was told something so blatantly untrue before the work was done. So, stealing from people after lying is a okay to Enterprise Locksmith. Do not waste your time or money, they are a shady business. I am going to write a letter to the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, the BBB did not seem interested in the fact that Enterprise would not even apologize for giving a customer erroneous information.

Enterprise did them because most of the reviews they have received are bad. BBB does not recommend them. LIARS!!

Enterprise Locksmith:
I was locked out my car after my nephew's soccer game and needed to get home... luckily my sister waited with me while Enterprise Locksmith got there.

They were friendly, professional, and while I hope I never get locked out again, I would recommend these guys.
