This company is revolting. I scheduled to rent a van so my family could all ride together to go pick up my brother from Pittsburgh. His Army unit just returned back to the states after a yearlong deployment. We were leaving at 12:30 to head up, they called at 9 to tell us that they didn’t have it. I booked with their car center, which they guarantee the vehicle, Ashley (the worst manager ever), told me that it wasn’t her fault that I didn’t get the van, that the call center doesn’t ‘promise’ vehicles. She also added that my “BROTHERS SERVICE DIDN’T MATTER”, yes she said that, also “ it was out of her control whatever the reason may be.” He’s fighting for her life, but it doesn’t matter to her. Her disrespect will be posted as much as possible and your company WILL lose business.
