Wonderful salon!:
I was new to the Carlsbad area, and I drove by and found this beautiful salon. Everyone was so friendly, and they really went out of their way to accomodate me. It's so relaxing and inviting here, and I always come out looking and feeling fabulous! The girls are so good at what they do, and I always feel like I'm in great hands. It doesn't matter if I'm getting a color and a haircut, or if I'm getting a relaxing facial, I know that the Entourage girls will always take care of me. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Three sisters own and operate the salon. It is a warm and friendly environment. Everyone seems happy and they do an excellent job with color and cuts! Thank you girls for making us look and feel beautiful!!
Horrible Place!!! Rude Owners!!!:
The owner Amy is a rude bully!! Don't support a business where the owners think they can walk all over their clients & employees! They have forgotten that the business they are in survives on references.... BAD BAD business!
Completely RUDE & Uninviting!!:
I had to bring my baby with me to my appointment due to last minute scheduling conflict. Right in the middle of my haircut the owner comes over to "see" if the baby is "ok" because she was making noise. The woman then proceeded to tell my stylist to hurry up and forget the blow dry because the baby was being to loud. If the owner is completely intolerant of children she should have told me at the door before I even sat down. It was a humiliating and horrible situation... my hair looked awful when I left the place. I don't see how this salon can treat their clients this way and expect to stay in business!! To top it all off I was still charged full price.
