Terrible:
I purchased a Living Social Deal for 2 months of Lawn Fertilization. After 6 phone calls to schedule an appointment, they finally told me they would be out on a Wednesday. I received an email that Wednesday afternoon stating that my lawn looked somewhat dry and I should up the irrigation settings. A few days later my neighbor brought to my attention that my side yard was dead! After a conversation with Travis he told me that nothing that his company did would have killed the grass and that he charged 50 cents per square foot to re-sod. I asked him to respond to my email (where I had sent him pictures of the grass)... his response was as follows...
"Your property has not been "sprayed" or serviced for that matter. When we showed up on Monday Feb 18th the gate was still locked, thus we have done nor touched anything on the property. This is evident by the abstinence of a lawn sign, which is required of us to place on the property prior to performing a service. My guess is you've had dead grass for a longtime and are simply looking for a company in which to frame that on. Dead grass occurs when you have a lack of irrigation and pests present on the property. You most likely have both, since you do not purchase the services of a chemical pest control company for your lawn."
Travis has contradicted himself and lied through email... My question is... If the gate was locked... How did he know my grass looked dry?
I will never use the service of Environmental Associates LLC and will let all that I come in contact with know about their poor preformance and customer service.
