Terrible Customer Service:
Ugh! I hate to do this but as a responsible business owner I need to call out an irresponsible business. WholesaleHats.com has terrible customer service that has caused us to not receive crucial merchandise in time (even though we were guaranteed shipping and paid extra for expedient shipping). Not cool. I couldn't imagine running a business the way they do. If you know of any reputable custom embroidery companies please let us know!
