my neice and I both have used them before. inexpensive and they always recover.

I shipped my hard drive instead of having it fixed locally because they said average price was $600. After they looked at it and said I had a medium level problem with moderate damage they told me it would be $1175 (plus tax). I asked why medium and moderate didn't equal average cost of $600. The rep told me average cost was $770 (contradicting what it said on the website and what a previous rep told me.) That still doesn't explain why medium and moderate don't equate average. They said they would reassess it. After not hearing from them for a week, I e-mailed and they immediately emailed to say it couldn't come down in price. I don't believe anyone actually looked at the drive in the interim. They then charged me double actual shipping cost to return the drive.
