Stay clear!!!!!!:
Worst customer service I have ever seen from an auction company. Will sell your diseased Grandmothers family heirlooms for a $1. They sent a few shady workers over to pick through all of my Grandmothers valuables. It kinda felt like I was being violated and I should have listened to my intuition. I was a little worried about using an auction company. They convinced me it was the best way to go about managing my Grandmothers estate. So I put my faith in them and proceeded. They took over $10,000 dollars worth of my Grandmothers belongings and some priceless pieces. I went to the auction to see how things would go. First: the auction is filled with a bunch of hillbillies, rednecks, and farmers. Second: if your belongings are not made of oak or were once alive and now a shoulder mount, it will not sell for any real $. Third: They over fill the auction just to make a couple extra bucks of you. 2/3rds. way through the auction all the money is dry and two people are left bidding on your Grandmothers fine china for $5 bucks. Received a check after the auction for $600! I left the auction house crying with my head held down. I would have rather donated my Grandmothers stuff to the church or a charity. Word from the wise, Sell it your self, use a estate sale company, donate it, or if you have real valuables and still want to auction it off, use O'gallery. The bring in a higher end crowed and way more money. Thanks -P
