This may not apply to you because we are an out of state customer. Shipping charges were high, delivery was slow without set deadlines. Store phone went to voicemail during normal business hours whenever we called and they decided to close on Mondays delaying the process even further.

I purchased several $1000 worth of furnishings and was excited to stop by the store in person when in town for a very brief business trip. Owner was there alone and much more interested in focusing on “her very good local client”. She asked me to come back and reluctantly helped me when I told her that I was there for a very short trip. I left her feeling about two inches tall. Not what you would expect when you support someone. The final kick in the teeth was when I responded immediately to a floor sale email. I was assured that mirror was available and that they would arrange to pack and ship. I was told a day later that they sold to a local customer hours after committing to me. Everything that they have is available elsewhere. Work with a furniture store that can source the same items and will treat you as an appreciated customer. I was a fool to support this business.
