System worked properly for over 1- year and had no problems.
The 1- year warranty ended on 3-31-2012. Excel made 4 stops to check out problem. Customer had low head drainage. Also detected that dirt and/ or debris was getting in the valves. Flushed valves 3 times. Excel landscaping has no control of the water source. Also, Excel Landscaping did not manufacture valves. Finally got tired of him calling personal cell phone. He’d had no patience. We were in the middle of a drought with temperatures between 90 and 100 degrees. We had 40 service calls a day coming in. his system was running, all that was wrong he had a wet spot by 2 heads. We were a week out on service and irrigation service call require a lot of trouble shooting which can result in hours or days to resolve. Appointments run over constantly. Customer system was repaired before we got this letter.
