Beautiful building and great location , but management is POOR. The owner doesn't know how to run this business. The quality of food and the amount of it that's served during an "appetizer hour ' leaves much to be desired. Had to ask several times to get soda being served to our table. Asked for a high chair for a baby--had to wait 2 hours !Asked just to give us a regular chair if they cannot find a high chair--got nothing. Had to make a special request for food for a child even though its obvious that kids have to eat smth since regular food was not served to them!!My mother-in-law wanted to take her dinner to go-she was told they she is not allowed to..seriously?!!! are they going t serve to someone else next day or what?? I asked them to have my child's food to go since she wasn't eating at the party and they had to bring it "under the table" wrapped in aluminum foil and make me feel like its a special favor and I am doing smth inappropriate..even if I go to the cheapest diner and decide to take my leftover food they would pack in in a tray and a plastic bag (and it will cost them 25 cents). Horrible experience. We had a party of 100 people and I don't think anyone will ever book this place for any kind of an occasion. The staff is nice but they need to hire more people. And before leaving I wanted to talk to the manager and show him this "foil wrapping piece of art", manager was not to be found anywhere.Overall: very bad experience.

People do not book anything there please listen to me. My wedding of 183 people was 9-1-13 and I was sooo disappointed and angry this place is horrible.. Let me start with the good because there was 2! The food is good and Alana Levy was very helpful and did as much as she could. Now the bad!!!! First the owner Victor!! He's a crook ,a liar,and extremely sneaky why? well, he tried to charge me $250 for the bridal room,and $5oo for a maitre d' to run my wedding. I was almost all paid for when he added these ridiculous fees all of a sudden. I said I wouldnt pay and I didnt. Then I paid for children ages 4-12 at a lower price and children of age 3 and under were free because they were suppose to get chicken fingers and fries that never happened, they said valet parking and the champagne was complementary and it wasnt I had my guest calling my bridesmaids and husband asking where to park, I had bought sparkling cider to give to a few guest as favors and they served my guest the sparking cider. I had nothing to give those guest as a favor because they used my favors. To make it better I couldnt enjoy my wedding because I kept gettting looked in the bridal suite...weird? no dangerous!!...After my first dance as a married couple I went to change my dress I closed the door and couldnt open the door because the lock was broken I was locked in that little room for 20 mins thank God someone was looking for me and they saw what happend and called Alana to get me out. Victor was called, he came to unlocked in the bridal suite with a credit card.When I spoke to Victor to ask him to please give me that extra time at the end of the party because it was time wasted he said no that he could only give me 15 min,mind you we were talking about this in the same room, at this point my husband,victor, and I are locked in again because hes trying to fix the door;again time wasted. Many of my guest called me the next day to complain that the food buffet table was a disaster and unorganized I also had guest picking up their own plates. Please do not book here!!!!!!!!
