Rob is a real professional.. if you think using profanity is an acceptable way to talk to clients. Was too appalled by his abusive treatment to even consider purchasing a service from these guys. STAY AWAY!!

This guy took $1400 from us for 4 tickets promising floor seats for a concert within first 5 rows. Never had tickets until literally show started and they were not what was promised. Got cheap $85 horrible seats. It's one thing to steal but stealing from two little girls and crush their spirits is beyond disgusting. He should be ashamed of himself.
