Diversity issue:
I explained in detail and sent pictures, Keith agreed to do the work and sub out the pipe part of the job. All was well until he got to the front door. He went through the motions and then announced "the job wasn't for him"

slow to respond, unprofessional:
We had a pellet stove problem in the fall of 2013. They came out within a week...great! Fixed the problem & said another problem will need to be addressed in time. 3 months later, more problems with the stove, called & called for almost 3 weeks before hearing from them. They finally answered, said there were personal family issues...came out about a week later. He looked at my stove for maybe 10 minutes, said it needed a part from Harmon & would take 10-14 days to get. It has now been 5 weeks, we have been calling almost everyday for the past 2-3 weeks, and have sent emails & texts as well. Not one response, not even to say something personal again came up, problems with Harmon, etc. This has been occurring over the time we have had bad snow/ice storms every week & usually use our stove for primary heat! They did deposit my check though, on the same day I gave it to them back in the beginning of January! so I paid for my part, but am still waiting for it without hearing from them at all, for any reason! Very unprofessional is putting it nicely!
