beware! LOOK at what your renting,there is no STATE AGENCY looking! My aunt paid over 10K since 2003 -,right from the start one units insulation started to fall down over everything! they had remmoved it from the other unit for a reason and knew this was happening! she is allmost 80,and they made her feel like it was her fault! When I moved to NJ from Az I went to help her empty and was DISGUSTEd to see that they allowed her to rent this UNIT,and never moved her,or even offered UNTILL I Came into the picture! $$thousands later.NOW they have just sent her a eviction notice 15 days! ? we filed a claim with insurance,I mean it get ins,and LOOK at everything,I will allow the PHOTOS TO speak for themselves.LOOK,ask get it writing,READ your contract,act like you are having a problem while you read it! and THINK,elderly have a young person assist you, THE one guy there had my aunt thinking she was reporting the problems about insulation falling all over everything to,SHE thought she was speaking to the MANAgement,they never assisted her with iNS claims until I asked hey,do you have any risk management?and hey,do you have ins aunt D? They later over 3 yrs asked my aunt if she wanted to move to a unit,YES oh yes a 78 yr old needs to relocate 2 units of stuff,she has no husband or children to assit her,ONLY WHEN I tried to help,did they aknoledge these things,and even now,SHE Recieved a EVICTION
