Jim comes to your house and seems nice as can be. Then he does the worst job possible installing you furnace and AC. He does not return your calls, does not show up when he says he will. I had to get him back to our house at lest 6 or 7 times to fix something that was not working. I have had to pay other HVAC technicians to come and attempt to fix Jim's mistakes. Both of them told me at great lengths how poorly the unit was installed. My circuit board is fried from water damage because the coil freezes up and melts. There is rust all over the inside of the furnace and I found a bag of parts shoved in the back of the unit that were never installed!!! I am in the process of getting quotes to get my 2 year old furnace and AC replaced!!!!!!! The guy will not take my calls now. DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE!
