After shopping at all of eyeglass shops in Harvard Square I was convinced that everyone was cheating me somehow on price. $800 for one pair of glasses just didn't seem right. In addition, all of the chains have useless sales help. EYE Q changed my opinion. They are helpful, they are professional and knowledgeable, and their prices are fair. For less than the cost of one pair at another shop, I was able to purchase two pairs at EYE Q. Now that they take my insurance, I'll get my eye exams there as well.
