Eyeworks Stole my $$:
My family and I have been customers at Eyeworks for years now. Last week, Eyeworks sold me 2 boxes of contact lenses that were defective. I put them in my eyes and literally felt as though I was cross-eyed. The day after purchasing the contacts (I spent over $100.00 on these particular lenses) I took them back into Eyeworks and explained that they did not work properly. The lady at the front desk (Melissa) was extremely rude and did not offer any help what-so-ever. I ultimately wanted to return the contacts and get my money back, as $100.00 is quite a bit of money for us. I was referred to Tom, the owner, who refused to refund me. I was sold a product that did not work, returned it the next day, and REFUSED a refund! I have never heard of such a thing. So, the owner basically pocketed my $100.00. What ever happened to customer service? Needless to say, neither myself, nor any of my friends or family memebrs, will be providing Eyeworks any further business.
