F A Highley - Avoid this place:
In spite of their many years in business, customer service is a zero with FA Highley. My builder recommended their product and I agreed to it. A crack developed in my countertop, and even though they eventually replaced it, it took weeks and dozens of phone calls from myself and my builder. When that didn't work, I threatened to call the attorney general's consumer protection staff. Only THEN, did they suddenly find the time to replace the countertop.Crack number two recently appeared. Once again, they promised to call me back on a specific day. But only after I called them, did they agree to come inspect it. They told me crack #2 might not be under warranty, and I said, "OK, tell me what repair will cost." As hinted, this crack was not covered under warranty, and the inspector assured me I would receive a phone call. Of course I didn't! I received a copy of a letter to my builder stating that they were not responsible. No phone call. No estimate to repair. Nothing.
