Although we aren't generally big fans of buffets, Fairouz has a decent version, offering a good variety and reasonable prices. We usually start with Greek-style lemon soup, sample some salads, and then concentrate on lamb dishes, grabbing plenty of well-prepared rice and pita bread to go with them. We also like the chicken, but tend to avoid seafood, which doesn't weather buffets all that well....
