The cakes were beautiful, tasty and the experience working with Lauren to design them was easy. There was one snag-we ordered to-go boxes for leftover cake so our guests could take some home with them. The owner of the reception facility claims they were not delivered, Lauren and her staff say they were and were under the cake table. It was never resolved whether they were there or not, and nobody offered to reimburse US for the boxes we paid for and never got, but I'm inclined to believe that the boxes were there and the owner of the reception facility made the mistake. He was the type of person who would refuse to accept responsibility for his mistake and instead point the finger elsewhere!
