I went to Lancaster Mall with my daughter to find a wedding dress for me. The only place in the whole mall that had Wedding/Prom dresses was Fashion Story. The woman that waited on us (she was a foreign woman, very loud) was Rude and insulting. After trying the dress on, she wouldn't leave us alone so we could discuss the dress and the pro's and cons of it., She wanted an answer if we wanted it or not. I mentioned something I didn't like about one dress and her comment was "If you don't like it, take it off!" she was too much in my face, also at one point she was behind me when I was adjusting the dress and reached around me and grabbed my breasts and told me I would need to get a push-up bra! Shocked the c@!p outta me!
I mentioned another dress and she said it was over $300 and I couldn't afford it. My daughter sais she wanted to try one on and the woman told her she couldn't because it wasn't her wedding! I did buy the dress because the wedding is fast approaching and that was the only opportunity I had to shop with my daughter's assistance.
However, I will not ever visit that store again and will tell others of my experience. There are other dress shops in Columbus and Cincinnati that I will make sure to go to when we are shopping for any other dress for any occasion. The service she gave doesn't even deserve 1 star.
