Great Avian Vet:
I've been there twice, both times I was very happy. They handled my two amazons professionally. My Double Yellow Head is very aggressive to strangers and the vet tech got hold of him quickly and held him well, reducing stress on this 11 yo rescue. They all have a "no nonesense" policy that I find very helpful. It impresses on my birds that they can not get away with bad behavior with strangers, and we can all use this kind of support.
Dr Ryan suggested tests and blood work that fit my birds circumstances. He helped me improve their diets, and the cost was considerably lower than other avian vets. I am really pleased with these guys.
