Terrible....:
Bought a phone for $250 Saturday night. I couldn't get into the market or update with sprint or HTC. They were closed Sunday so I drove 20 miles out to them to have it resolved as the phone was not properly flashed. They said they would charge me $80 and need the phone for 2 days! What!! They were the ones who screwed up the phone in the first place. The day I bought the phone we also brought in my son's iPod to have the screen fixed, after looking it over they said they could fix it.....when I went in Mon they said they were unable to repair it. I brought it home to my son and he asked why a part of the iPod was broken making it irreparable? ......Hmmmm I wonder who did that? Stay away these guys don't care about what they sell you and customer service is terrible!!
