Buyers beware!!!!!:
Feet first absolutely sucks! I purchased a pair of shoes and paid $130 and had them for a week before they fell apart. I was told that they would be replaced within 5 to7 days. After two weeks I returned to inquire on my purchase and was told that the shoes were no longer available. So I told them that I would rather have my money returned instead of a replacement. I was then informed that it was store policy that they would not refund money on defective merchandise, even thought I was not previously informed of this. I then asked if there was another model available, and was told "no". I then proceeded to call the manufacturer who informed me that the shoes that I originally purchased were discontinued a year ago, and they had received no request for any replacements! A few days later I returned to the store and was told by the manager, Terry, that she could do nothing for me. Being highly upset, I demanded my money back. Terry refused. Now I have no shoes and no money. BUYERS BEWARE!
