THIS COMPANY RESORTS TO WHAT AMOUNTS TO BULLYING WHEN YOU TRY TO GET WARRANTY WORK DONE! PICK ANOTHER SHOP AND DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE INTIMIDATED WHEN YOU COME ACROSS A PLACE LIKE THIS! We had to get the police involved to get our vehicle back once we dropped it off for repair work that was under warranty (bubbling paint/horrible swirl marks in a ‘soft’ clear coat/ect). They had no right to keep it – no money owed, lien, ect. You have options out there and Fender Mender shouldn’t be one of them. God Bless the internet and the right to get the word out so others don’t have to suffer through something like this. The paint work was suppose to bring up the value and instead has cost us.
