Much of Chicago's Mexican food is served under the cruel gaze of florescent lights at 3AM. Not here. Past the life-size replica donkey wearing a sombrero in the window, Fernando's provides a comfy atmosphere with high-backed wood chairs, plants and tables arranged with a modicum of privacy.
