We had a GREAT experience with Final Touch Roofing Company, and would definetly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.
Four years ago, we remodeled our whole back section of our home. Final Touch Roofing came in to do the roof on the entire house as it was over twenty years old. We were still living in the front portion of the house so I remember being nervous of all the noise and debris that we would get when the roof was being done. Needless to say, It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
They covered a large portion of the roof when doing the tear off so the roofing materials didn't fall inside. The roof took a week to get done with all of the inspections and the whole process. The owner Ovi was at our house everyday and I remember him sitting in his car for hours waiting for the inspector to come.
We have referred Ovi to two friends that were looking for a roofer. Both hired him. FYI.

A+ for a great roofing experience
I needed to have a new roof put on my small four unit building. It had some leaks in different areas for the last few years that would need to be patched up each rainy season. Besides that, the insulation was horrible. My tenants were always complaining that it was too hot and that the air-conditioning wasn’t cooling the units. ( it wasnt the air conditioner problem)
I found Final Touch via the internet. I was happy with the referrals.
Ovi was the one to come out to my property. After looking at the condition of the roof we determined that it would need to be Re Roofed. Ovi suggested that we use the energy saver white coating material, he explained to me that this will reflect the sun's rays, and it will keep the apartments much cooler, considering that the tenants constantly say that it is hot inside the units. I considered going with the white energy saver kind.
I wasn’t sure as it was $3,400 extra than the regular flat roof material, but I choose to do the cool roof white material anyways.
So HAPPY I did! It is money well spent.
The re roofing process was smooth from the beginning to the end. Ovi was always there supervising the work, the communication was handled great. The roofing crew worked daily and left the area clean everyday. When they finished on the last day they cleaned around the perimeter of my apartment complex with a metal detector. I was told it was to assure that no nails or metal were left on the ground. What a genius idea!
Everyone in the building says that it has made a big difference. Glad that I listened to Ovi's advice.
I would truly feel confident with referring Final Touch Roofing Company. Thanks Ovi. All my tenants are so happy.
