Back in May I asked this company to remove a tree in my backyard.
According to the contract, they should have completely removed my tree and grind the stump up to 6"-12" depth. The day they removed my tree they told me the job was done and rushed out saying that according to law they shouldn't even be working after 4pm. I payed them $3300 in cash thinking the job was done.
After 3 months, this morning, I had guys came over to do the Patio in my backyard and told me that they can't do the job because part of big stump is still there- it was all covered under the wood chips. I called Gerid about this with a bunch of photos I took and he started to give me all these excused about trunk was on a mound of dirt and said the stump grinding was done to 8" depth as contracted but if I am excavating the area then obviously the trunk is going to become visible again. Which is not true- I even have a photo before they removed the tree and it was on flat ground.
Gerid said he can't come today because he is far away doing another job and he promised that he will come tomorrow morning to check. After I texted him images of the contract and photos before the tree removal, him and the company is keep ignoring my calls.
Worst experience ever and don't even think about working with them.
