terrible customers service from mgmt:
My wife and I drove from North Carolina to dine a Finn Mccool's for lunch and use or entertainment book bogo coupon. Upon the completion of the meal we were told that we could not use our coupon on a turkey club sandwich because it was not a lunch entree. We asked to speak to the manager Gigi who was complacent and offered nothing for our inconvenience. I then tried calling the vice president of operations and the receptionist informed me that he was out of the office and she could not take a message because she was away from her desk. I emailed Ty Bittner,the vp of operations, who told me there was nothing he would do about our poor customer service. If you are looking for a good dinning experience or planning a party, please keep away from this establishment. If you do receive poor customer service, no one will care. You are on you own!
