We ordered a wood stove, which we received without a problem. Then on 10/31/13, we paid them for a liner/insert kit. Today is 12/14/13 and we don't have it. We get excuse after excuse of where it is. I call every day and leave messages. Once in a great while someone will answer the phone but always give me a song and a dance. The owner, Sam Weston, is a total schister. The employees at the store are not as bad but they work for him and his awful business practices. I asked today for a refund. I'm not confident that they will process it so I imagine we will be disputing the charges with our credit card company. Once they have your money, you will never hear from them again. Please stay far away from this place. I hope everyone reads this and they go out of business. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but not this one.
