AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS... I have been going to Firestone for tires and routine maintenance for more than 10 years now. I have always thought that I was treated fairly and got a reasonable price. All that being said, I recently went to this Firestone location in Auburn, WA to have an oil change. The problem is that they drained my oil and replaced the filter as they should have but THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL BACK INTO THE CAR. I informed the shop of this error they have done nothing to rectify the situation. Because of this error I had to take my car into the dealer for service and Firestone costing me a significant amount of money. After informing the Dustin, at the shop I was told that someone in their claims department would be calling me the next day. No call. I called Dustin back and was again told that someone in the claims department would be contacting me soon. Again no call. I spoke with Jason, the manager, who was extremely rude and condescending. I asked for the district manager’s name and phone number. I have left him numerous messages and again no call back. Obviously Firestone doesn’t care about me as a customer. Very unprofessional.
