I went to this place once and bought a tire. About a month later the tread started to wear out very fast. They told me I should get my tires aligned. I did that, and a month later the tire tread was gone completely. I went back and asked them to change the tire. They said you have to buy a new tire. This place is horrible. They will rip you off.

I got two tires installed here. They were were very nice about it, but when I came back because one of the tires had a bump in it, they said that I had to buy a new tire. One of the staff members, (I think his name was Chris, philippino guy with glasses) said that it was not covered under the warranty. Two months after that I came in because the tread on the tire was gone. I had a 40,000 mile warranty for those tires. I only got to about 25,000 miles. The same guy was there and told me warranty was void because I couldn't provide him proof that the tires we rotated. We told him that we rotated the tires ourselves, and he said that we needed proof. All they do at this place is make up excuses. They will be glad to help you buy something, but when you have a problem with somethings you already bought, they will tell you that you have to buy a new one. AVOID THIS AUTO CARE STORE!!!
