This company sucks:
I took my truck in for rear tires and allignment. After I got it back the allignment was fine. The first time I had to make a quick stop I heard a loud pop from the front right side and then the truck started pulling real bad to the right. I took it back and they called me and told me that I needed new tires on the front as well. I told them I work on cars too and its the allignment not the tires. They insisted its the tires and refused to check the allignment. Aganst my better judgement I had them put front tires on it and when I got it back they had realligned it. It drove fine for 2 days until I made another hard stop and heard a similer noise from the front left side and the truck started pulling hard to the left. When I took it back to them the guy tells me it cant be the allignment and its something else. They tried to tell me I needed new tie rod ends and thats why it was pulling. I went back and demanded my money back for the allignment and they tried to refuse. After arguing with the guy for 20 minutes they refunded my money and I took it to a different shop up the street. They alligned it and its been working fine since. Bottom line, dont use firestone. there idiots and will take advantage of anyone they can.

Crashed my truck, made me pay, and more:
They crashed my truck on a test drive (I had only brought it in to have a tire replaced and my tires balanced!) Ron, the manager, asked me where I wanted my truck towed to- they had crashed it so badly that my truck was no longer drivable. Before I left the store, Ron made me pay for the service they did on my truck! I paid, stunned, but thankfully I was reimbursed a few weeks later when it was decided my truck was totaled. When I went to see my totaled truck, I was even more amazed to see that they had put the spare tire BACK onto my truck when they had done the work I had paid them to do!! Furthermore Firestone stopped paying for my rental car and did NOT notify me of this. Enterprise rental car called me when they noticed the change, because THEY have great customer service, and they knew I was having problems with Firestone. I was so thankful for Enterprise.
