The negative comment was left by a very angry person. I was witness to this craziness when the couple came into the goverment agency. Remember our tax dollars paid for his test. His wife was the one who went bezerk and called everybody and their momma because her husband knocked someone else up a month before they were married. Get a grip honey! Don't beat someone down because your HUSBAND is a CHEATER.

I am involved in a child support case. I petitioned for a paternity test and was granted one. The State of Florida chose "First Coast Testing Services" as the company to take the samples. My sample was given on August 4, 2010. The other party was scheduled to give a sample August 14, 2010. At the end of the day on August 14, I called Mark Hill and asked if the other party had arrived as scheduled. He told me that I would have to contact the State's child support enforcement office. The following week, I called child support but they said they had not received any information from "First Coast Testing Services". On August 21, 2010 I called FCTS and asked again if the other party had made their appointment because child support had not recieved any information. Again, I spoke with Mark Hill and his exact words were "STOP F*CKING CALLING ME! IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM AND YOU ARE BUGGING ME!". Then he hung up. I am completely shocked and appalled by my treatment by the President of this company. This man should not be in business at all, much less in one where the results of the tests he administers can change people's lives.
