I spoke with Barbara Crane and she is unprofessional. This woman had the nerve to be rude with me after calling me. It wasn’t the first time that she has been out of order. I’m a federal employee & have a Federal Worker’s Compensation Claim. The claim is approved. I provided her the information that my Claims examiner provided her and advised her to have her client contact US Department of Labor to find out how to bill correctly. This woman wanted to go back and forth about what she was going to do. I requested to speak to her supervisor, 1st she hung up. Then, I called right back, she gave me a woman by the name of Ms. Lambert. She was just as rude. This company must didn’t realize that they were dealing with someone that will contact the Better Business Bureau, The president of the company, my personal attorney, as well as the US DOL. I will certainly make sure that this organization knows how to speak to others as well as how to be professional.
