they suck at customer service:
they charged me $30 to move 3 pieces of furniture just a few feet. Then when i left, they used my vaccuum and busted the p@!s out of it. they assured me they would replace the parts, and it has been 11 days and 2 phone calls frome me, and it still hasn't happened. What kind of company uses the customers equipment??? They should have their own shop vacs. They also should have run to Sears and bought me a new one before I came home, instead of making me wait 2 weeks for them to get around to fixing it. I just think that is ridiculous. And even if they replace the parts, who knows if the motor is still good? (They clogged it up so bad, it blew the hose connection off and busted it). Well, i haven't paid them yet, so we will see. I suggest finding another, better company around Brenham. there are plenty to choose from.
