My wife and I are really into the salt water fish hobby. And we have noticed when you get to a certain level as a hobbyist the main stream pet stores like Petco and Petsmart really do not have a lot of the supplies or fish that advance hobbyist are looking for. Yesterday (7/25/09) which was actually my B-day was our first day there. We drove all the way from Locust Grove VA to Richmond to check out Fish World (2 hour trip). We were not disappointed. We are making our own filtration system so we needed some aquarium safe acrylic glue (which we could not find anywhere), and they had it (PLUS SO MUCH MORE). Not only that the owner of fish world Joe and one his employee's cody have a wealth of information and were so willing to share it with us. And if for nothing else you MUST go see their 1200 Gallon Salt water tank. Its our new favorite store!
