Never again:
How is increasing the price of an item by $300 a sale? My husband and I were in search of a patio set for our new home. The sales person encouraged us to wait a few days for their BIG annual August sales event to save us some money. I took a photo of the pricing display on the set we liked to make sure I remembered the name when we came back in. Imagine my dismay when we returned 5 days later to see the price INCREASED! The same sales person kept saying it had to be a mistake and went to check with the business manager, who gave us a song and dance about it coming from another container and thus the price increase. OK that's fine I get that you have to cover your costs but DO NOT say its a sale and advertise it as a 10% savings - that's deceptive and in my opinion unethical! The phone call the following day saying they'd changed their mind and would honor the lower price did nothing but reinforce my resolve to not do business with them EVER! Just not a place I choose to spend my money.

Buyer be (very) ware!!!:
The young woman had a very hard time getting my order correct.
When my order finally did arrive (6 weeks later!!) it was not the color that I asked for.
When I realized what had happened I phoned Fishels and spoke to a very sour sounding woman. Fishels would neither return my funds or exchange claiming that is was a special order.
Bella Furnishings was very polite and able to get my order to me in a week.
A WEEK!! NOT SIX WEEKS!!!
