Fit Time For Women

Since 1999 the company has been providing Health Club.

We are a ladies only fitness center and also offer massage and tanning to both men and women. Our center is a fully equipped gym with a group fitness program offering classes 7 days a week. There are 7 personal trainers on staff to assist. There are FREE child care sessions in the mornings from 9 -12 Monday through Saturday and the evenings from 4-8 Monday through Thursday.
