Disdainful Owner:
The owner is condescending and rude. He also does not follow is own published policies. I tried to return an item in the original purchased condition within the proper time frame and he refused to refund my purchase. It is worth the five minute drive to Little Hardware in Mountain Brook , English Village. Little Hardware had the same item for half the price. I will NEVER shop Five Points again. Shoppers beware. Terrible place!
