Refuses to correct billing mistakes:
The charity I run has rented a storage unit at this location for more than 10 years. Sadly, about four years ago, the business was sold and new management took over. It's been a nightmare ever since. They can't correctly bill their customers, then they refuse to fix the problem when it's brought to their attention. When you email with them, they refuse to sign their name to the email so they can skirt accountability and say, "I don't know who wrote that to you" from their own email account. We have asked for the name of the manager so we can schedule an in-person meeting to resolve the billing issue and they refuse to respond at all. Today, we had to get into our unit but the gate keypad isn't working. So we called to ask them to manually open the gate, but of course no one answers the phone and when you choose the recorded option to speak with the on-site employee, you get a message asking for your pin code to login to a voice mail account. So not only are they completely incompetent at running the business, they can't even correctly set-up their phone system. Save yourself a major headache and take your business elsewhere.
