***LINK TO MONTGOMERY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REPORTS AT BOTTOM**** IN EVERY SINGLE REPORT, FOOD IS CONTAMINATED! IT WAS REPORTED THAT MOLDY, OUT OF DATE FOOD ITEMS WERE BEING USED! I WITNESSED THIS FIRST HAND. GARLIC AND FRUIT THAT WAS COVERED IN GREY, LIGHT PURPLE AND PINK MOLD WAS BEING PUT INTO FOOD BY LEO THE COOK! I TOLD HIM THAT WAS DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE! HE TOLD ME "WOMAN, SHUT UP!" THE SAME WAY HE SPEAKS TO HIS "WIFE" AND MOTHER.I used to waitress there, the walk in fridge has mold. the raw eggs are stored above the ready to eat items. obviously contaminating them. look up the report from the health department, unsafe!!!!!!! i was threatened i would lose my job, so i helped them try and clean the place up. no gloves! the "clean" dishes ect...not clean! barely washed by the illegal immigrant brother jimmy (or his 3 other aliases). sexual harassment, unsafe working conditions, no fluent English spoken, meat left out for days...basically this family believes they can get away with what they did in mexico! I'm no racist! i have Jewish, African American, Puerto Rican, and Taiwanese in my immediate family. check on facebook! there is no certified safety food handler in the entire restaurant! THE WIFE OF ONE OF THE SIX BROTHERS IS PLANNING ON COMPLETING THE 18HR COURSE, BUT SHE DOESN'T EVEN WORK THERE! IF THEY HAD THIS CERTIFICATION, BY LAW IT MUST BE FRAMED AND POSTED BEHIND THE REGISTER IN PLAIN VIEW. They were cited for this! God! does someone need to die from these negligent, selfish, abusing people???? i worked there for 4 months! i quit! lawsuit pending...save yourself. they have a "new menu coming out". its a smoke screen. protect yourself and your family! Illegal activities on premises.
