I was recently scheduled for surgery at FSC. After waiting in my pre-op room for over two hours I asked a nurse what the status was. the surgeon, ROBERT C GUTIERREZ head the question and told me that the surgery wouldn't happen until he was good and ready. He then stated that the surgery was cancelled. GUTIERREZ then walked over to the FSC Facilitator, who immediately came to my hospital bed with one of his cronies. The cronie immediately threw a punch at me that landed on my left eye, breaking my glasses and causing my eye to bleed profusely. The Facilitator then began assaulting me also. I was finally allowed to leave, no one ever attempted to assist me as I left the premesis, bleeding profusely. I was taken to an Emergency Room where I was treated for the injuries inflicted at Flamingo Surgery Center. Do not even think about using Flamingo Surgery Center or you could wind up in the ER like I was.
