Not only do you have to go through government level security clearance just to get a membership, but the service here is atrocious. Last time I was at flick video, I saw the only employee there being so rude to a Hispanic couple. The same employee was really nice to the white customers, including myself, but anyone with dark skin was treated very coldly. While I was checking out, the girl in front of me appeared to have been from Europe or something, and she was getting tired of the employee's terrible attitude, so she starting giving the employee the exact same attitude... throwing her debit card down on the counter just like the employee had done to her membership card. The employee had no tolerance for this behavior and threw the customer's card at the front door and told her to leave. After she left, the employee shared a laugh with the other white customers and was much different around the rest of the customers. There was nothing different about the other customers except for the fact that they were white. I've never seen such a blatant example of racism. Made me sick. They may have an ok selection, but I'll never give a place with employees like this my business ever again. Redbox is more convenient and I've never, ever seen a Redbox that's racist or appallingly disrespectful and unprofessional.

They made it very difficult for me to get a membership even after I had all the documentation to open the membership such as a valid license and a residence bill. Then they made my movie renting experience horrible. They have a racist customer service associate that I've noticed multiple times treating people of different color and race badly and disrespectfully. She is mean to me every time I walk in there and I've never been mean or done anything to her. Today she took my debit card and threw it at the door, the only explanation is that she doesn't like me. Ive never done anything or even know this woman. My debit card is my property! I'm not going back there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. From now on I'm renting from redbox, at least a redbox is not going to give me a racist attitude and it will do her job so much better
