Black Mold issue:
My master bath is located just above the garage. Water from the bathroom must have somehow gotten into the garage because black mold started forming on the wood beams of the ceiling. I immediately called Flood Control. They were polite and came quickly. The technicians removed the mold and even restored the wood. They assured me that the disinfected and deodorized my garage so it was safe. Flood Control to the rescue!
