Bad Sewage Problem:
As embarrassing as it is, we had a sewage problem in our home. I immediately called Flood Control. Their 24 hour emergency service came in handy considering it was 2:00 in the morning! They used their industrial equipment to get rid of the backed up sewage including the smell. Even at the wee hours of the morning the technicians still had a smile on and were ready and willing to help. This company is the definition of customer satisfaction. We will defiantly use them again if another problem arises.
