I had them out to put in hardwoods in my home. The quote I was given was slightly lower and they seemed upfront to be reliable but both were wrong. They installed a lower grade material in my home (having never detailed on the estimate that it would be different than what is in their showroom.) They failed to protect my home by simply hanging a few pieces of plastic up. They did not schedule with me when they would be at the house to do the work. They only called me to tell me "My crew is at your home waiting to get in." After getting that call a few times I decided to give them a key. They called a locksmith out the next night that they hired and then when they got the quote from him they told him they were not going to pay him to have my locks changed. I decided to pay the locksmith myself and have it done as I did not know who had access to my home. Then I found that pictures of my home were loaded on their facebook page without my authorization for them even to be taken. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
