I am sad this company closed. I was a repeat client and had completely remodeled several homes with this family owned business. I'm really sorry Stephanie's Leukemia relapsed and I wish her the best! May God Bless you family!

Overall, we are satisfied with the product. Although we experienced challenges throughout the process, the owner, Stephanie Wood, has worked to resolve them to our satisfaction.

I had hardwood flooring installed by Flooring World Carpet One last year before the holidays and I was Not happy with the outcome. The owner came right out and looked at my floor, then shortly after that, he brought the distributor and manufacturers reps. (Armstrong-Robbins) When various boards were put together out of my remaining 1/2 used box you could clearly see that the milling was off and after installation it resulted in what I now know, is called "overwood." Armstrong only wanted to refinish my brand new pre-finished floors, but, Flooring World Carpet One fought against them for what I wanted! The new floor I purchased and had paid 1/2 down on, Flooring World Carpet One never asked for another pennie until the new floor was successfully installed and looked terrific-in my eyes! Though the whole thing took a while, they didn't stop fighting for us! I am now a life long, loyal customer of Flooring World Carpet One's.

Chad sold me 3 rooms hardwood flooring, planted five trees in my honor (I received a card about it from the non-profit organization they bekong too) and then gave me a huge choice of patterns and colors to special order me a 5X8 Area Rug, which was perfect for my dinning room. I added another one just like it to my family room! The whole reason I am writing this is because I really enjoyed working with Flooring World! If I had and questions or issues things were quickly dealt with. Unfortunately this has become a very unusual way to do business. I'm very happy I found them! Sarah Satterlee -
