Worst flowers ever!:
This flower shop was chosen by Teleflora for my Valentines order - WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! I was arriving at my office with the flowers were being taken by my security. She said she felt bad as this was the MOST awful arranagement she had ever seen & I asked who for - guess what, they were mine! Was short bouquet, wilted, 1/2 dead leaves w/ 3 wilted white 1/2 open buds & nothing but filler carnations, weeds, etc. I caught the driver & stated flowers were not acceptable. She said she would call florist and then the florist claimed that if I didn't like them, I would need to call Teleflora to complain. The driver left but not before I saw all the flowers in her back seat area - they were all wilting & 1/2 dead. So I called teleflora & order was supposedto be a premium boquet w/ stargazer lillies & white rose - DEFINITELY not what they brought. Teleflora said call shop to see if could be resolved. I called shop - got some rude woman on the phone - when I explained problem & asked for flowers to be redone & I even asked if they could look at the teleflora website to make my bouquet correctly. Woman on the phone stated the manager/owner was swamped and didn't have time to deal with me. And that if I didn't like what I received, I should go back to teleflora - I told her I already had & it was NOT a premuim bouquet. I told her I want the flowers I was supposed to get - then she got NASTY - screaming at me about how it was valentine's day & didn't I know this was the busiest day for flowers of the year. And basically told me to bugger off! I have NEVER been treated SO poorly by any flower shop ever. I have 8 wedding this year & I am going to make sure that all 8 of my friends CANCEL their arrangements via Floral Fantasy. If they don't care about 1 customer, they sure as hell don't care about anyone else!
